Union Concrete completed major improvements to the Bemus Point Fishing Access Site in the Town of Ellery, enhancing public boating and fishing access to Chautauqua Lake. The project included replacement of the existing concrete boat launch, installation of new boat docks and an anchored floating kayak launch, and construction of ADA-compliant parking and pedestrian improvements. Additional work included solar-powered lighting and replacement of the existing concrete seawall with stone riprap and a vegetated shoreline, creating a more accessible, durable, and resilient waterfront facility.
